​Virginia Beach Public Utilities temporarily suspended delinquent service turn-offs after the 5/31 event; however, delinquency service turn-offs resumed ​on January 2​. All customers have 90 days past the original bill date to pay the bill in full. While we do not offer payment extensions or arrangements, information regarding bill payment assistance through the Public Utilities Water Assistance Program and other community resources can be found here.

We have opened a new temporary office behind Building 23 of the Municipal Center (2473 North Landing Road). This office serves utility connection customers by appointment only. Please call 385-4171 to schedule an appointment. This office also​ accepts walk-ins for account-related issues.
